Celebrating the premiere of THE FUTURE IS US

Before disappearing into the year’s end festivities, VR Dance Club would like to thank all partners, participants, guests, and friends who helped make the premiere series of THE FUTURE IS US on December 19 & 20 2025 at TanzFaktur such a meaningful and intense experience.

Two days. Four shows. Each 90 minutes of moving, listening, hesitating, and positioning — together.

What unfolded over these two days was only possible because so many people trusted the process, entered the space with openness and curiosity, and were willing to move, listen, hesitate, and position themselves – together. Their presence, engagement, and feedback turned each performance into a unique shared moment, shaped in real time.

A heartfelt thank-you also goes to the collaborators, team, performers, and supporters behind the scenes, whose care, precision, and resilience carried the project through its final stretch. This premiere was not an endpoint, but a beginning – and VR Dance Club is deeply grateful to have taken this first step with such an attentive and generous community of guests.

The collective looks forward to what comes next. Until then: thank you for being part of Us.
